Qui n’a connu la frustration de devoir partager une chaise de bureau devant un ordinateur? En réponse à ce problème, un tabouret d’appoint qui sort d’une chaise comme par magie. La partie supérieure du tabouret glisse sans effort dans une rainure découpée sous la chaise, un petit arrêt permettant de solidariser les deux sièges. Au vu des nombreuses contraintes structurelles, fonctionnelles et ergonomiques, la difficulté a consisté à garantir la légèreté visuelle de l’ensemble et à créer une unité dans la diversité. Les deux sièges restent décelables individuellement mais participent d’un même vocabulaire visuel.

Who has not felt the frustration of having to share a desk chair in front of a computer? As a response to this problem, an auxiliary stool coming out of a chair by magic. The upper part of the stool slides without effort into a groove under the chair, a small stop allowing keeping the two seats together. Given the numerous structural, functional and ergonomic constraints, the difficulty consisted in guaranteeing the visual lightness of the whole and in creating unity within the diversity. The two seats remain individually detectable but participate in the same visual picture.
